Industri Kapital: Advised in relation to the final closing of the fifth fund raised by Industri Kapital, the Swedish private equity firm. The fund's objective is to make private equity investments in order to effect management buyouts of established companies primarily in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries as well as France and Germany. Investors admitted at the final closing included Harbour Vest and the Daimler Chrysler Pension Trust.
