As the local regulatory regimes in Jersey and Guernsey have continued to evolve and become more attractive to fund managers, promoters and investors so we have advised on the redomiciliation of funds and management companies to Jersey and Guernsey. A general relaxation in the manner in which non-Jersey domiciled funds can be serviced from Jersey has also led to our advising locally based fund administrators servicing funds registered in other offshore jurisdictions.
