Protected cell and incorporated cell companies are available in both Jersey and Guernsey and have been successfully adopted for collective investment funds, captive insurance structures, structured finance products and holding company structures.

The funds team advised on the formation of Jersey's very first protected cell company and is actively involved in protected cell and incorporated cell structures for a variety of different products.
