MARS Portfolio Managment PCC: Advised MARS Capital Management Limited on the formation of Jersey's very first protected cell company and underlying protected cells formed as an expert fund. The Fund includes individual cells focussing on emerging markets debt and equity investments and also individual portfolio funds. The MARS PCC also allows cells to invest in other cells, which is a feature permitted under Jersey law but not generally available in PCC/segregated portfolio type structures available in other jurisdictions.
