Pauline Gale has joined Bedell Group as Managing Director of Bedell Trust UK, based in London. She has significant top-level experience of offshore and onshore fiduciary planning and was formerly Managing Director of Royal Bank of Canada Trust Corporation in the City. Bedell Trust provides a complete range of trust, private wealth and corporate management services with a client-tailored approach, operating from centres in Jersey, Guernsey, London, Dublin and Geneva.

Pauline’s role within the group is to oversee the day-to-day running of the London trust operation; to attract and develop new business opportunities across the company’s five locations; and to enhance the overall business by initiating and evolving new openings and products.

Pauline has worked in the offshore finance industry for over 20 years and specialises in the planning, establishment and administration of fiduciary structures for international private clients. During her career, she has worked extensively offshore in jurisdictions including Jersey, Isle of Man, Hong Kong and San Francisco.

Before taking up her directorship with Royal Bank of Canada in 2003, Pauline enjoyed a career of more than 16 years with The Royal Bank of Scotland, where latterly she was a Director of Royal Bank of Scotland International based in London. Relocating to London in 1997, Pauline continued to practise in international planning, developing excellent relationships with leading City based advisors.

Throughout her career, Pauline has demonstrated excellent business and strategic management skills and has a strong track record in business development. A long-standing trust professional, she is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and ACIB (Associate Chartered Institute of Bankers).
