Grant is a Jersey advocate, an English Solicitor* and a South African attorney. He provides trust law advice to major banks, corporate and international trust companies in relation to complex international tax and estate planning structures.

Grant also has particular expertise in employee benefit schemes and heads the Employee Share Plans team which provides advice, and at Bedell Trust, on-going administration services to an expanding portfolio of blue chip publicly quoted and private companies. He is acknowledged in the Chambers 2008/09 directory where clients agree that "he's a pleasure to work with: succinct in his advice, and pragmatic in finding solutions to problems."
