Edward is head of the Trust and Private Capital group and advises local and international clients on trust and related company and commercial law issues.

He has particular experience of restructuring complex international holding structures. He is acknowledged in the Legal 500 2008/09 directory as "invariably providing practical and clear advice". He is also recognised in the Chambers 2008/09 directory with commentators praising him as a thoughtful trusts lawyer with "an efficient manner and excellent turnaround time."
