Alex has a wide variety of transactional experience ranging from structured finance and securitisation to mergers and acquisitions, flotations and takeovers. He acted as Jersey transactional counsel on the MBNA de-linked structure forming part of its existing master trust securitistion, the HSBC Turquoise programme and its subsequent registration with the SEC and the Barclays GMF mortgage backed programme.

He is the author of the Jersey chapter of the PLC Securitisation Handbook.
