Stephen has responsibility for the strategic development and management of ICT across the Group.

Bedell Group's business has a high dependency upon technology and its information system and Stephen works in close partnership with the business to meet the diverse technical needs.

Stephen joins us from the Chief Minister's Department, States of Jersey, where he was the States' Information Services Director and ICT Head of Profession. Stephen led the States early Change Programme work and his team undertook business and States-wide ICT projects and supported over 4,000 users of technology across the public sector.

Stephen recently contributed to the Gartner Research paper on the CIO's role and career.
