Mark has extensive experience in international banking, structured finance and asset finance work having acted for many leading banks and financial institutions on a range of innovative transactions.

Mark's banking experience includes property finance, project finance, acquisition finance and syndicated lending. He also has extensive experience in advising leading Jersey banks on a range of domestic transactions.

Before joining Bedell Cristin, Mark was a partner in the Banking and Projects Group of Theodore Goddard in the City of London and (after its merger) Addleshaw Goddard.

He is recognised by the Legal 500 2008/09 directory as "understanding the deal pressures we work under and is always responsive, proactive and helpful." He is also acknowledged by Chambers 2008/09 directory as being "very responsive and measured" in his banking practice. "The speed at which he focuses on the important issues is excellent."
