Kate rejoined the firm in 2008 after being called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. Kate previously worked for the firm as a paralegal for a large part of 2007, prior to studying the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London.

Before embarking on her legal career, Kate worked as a mortgage manager for several years and then as a conveyancing clerk for Babbe and consequently has extensive knowledge in Guernsey property matters and legal charges over property.
