Malcolm is a senior lawyer in the financial services law group and has been providing Jersey law advice since 1996. He acts for a wide range of leading banks and financial institutions in relation to bilateral and syndicated facilities, property financings (with an emphasis on Jersey Property Unit Trusts (JPUTs)), acquisition financings and restructurings.
