Andreas provides specialist Jersey legal advice from our office in the heart of London. Andreas, who is Swedish, qualified as an English solicitor in 2005, having trained at UK law firm Shoosmiths and joined Bedell Cristin in 2007.  He also worked as a paralegal for City law firm Allen & Overy.

Andreas has considerable experience in dealing with M&A and corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and commercial contracts and provides specialist Jersey legal advice in relation to investment funds, structured finance and securitisations.
