Expertise: Capital markets and structured finance.

Richard is Managing Partner of Bedell Group and heads the Structured Finance and Securitisation group. He joined the firm from Clifford Chance in 1989. He has extensive experience in banking and capital markets work, with particular expertise in securitisation. Richard is a director of many well-known vehicles in the securitisation market.

Richard is noted by the Legal 500 2008/09 directory as "providing exemplary service over many years." He is acknowledged in the Chambers 2008/09 directory with "his ability to do more than just tick the local boxes."
