Joan has a wide remit including the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to meet the changing needs of the Group. Joan is also responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent and identifying initiatives to protect one of the Group's biggest assets, it's open and friendly culture.

Before moving to Jersey, Joan headed a London based company specialising in music for advertising.
