Alasdair has extensive experience in structured finance and banking transactions having spent five years at Allen & Overy in London and Hong Kong and five years at another Jersey law firm.

He has advised on a range of innovative CFO, CDO and mortgage backed structures including the 2007 securitisation deal of the year and a recent collateralised fund of funds transaction. He also advises on a range of debt and equity listing transactions on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
