Derek has worked extensively with many leading banks, financial institutions and multinational corporates assisting them with the establishment and operation of innovative solutions across several geographies in financial disciplines including Securitisation, Aviation, Corporate Treasury and Financial Institution Outsourcing, Cross-Border Financing and Intellectual Property Rights Management.
