Simon joined the firm from Walkers where he was managing partner of the office in the BVI. He advises fund managers on the formation and re-organisation of fund structures and advises funds and investors on investments and exits. Simon regularly speaks at industry events including conferences taking place in Jersey, Guernsey, London and New York. He has practised in both the BVI and the Cayman Islands.

Simon is acknowledged by the Legal 500 2008/09 directory as "responsive, practical and solution-driven." He is also recognised in the Chambers 2008/09 directory and clients praised the professionalism of the service: "The team is very efficient and flexible, and the lawyers have gone out of their way to accommodate our requests."
