Martin is head of the Investment Funds and Private Equity group. He has considerable offshore finance and investment fund experience, particularly in relation to property funds and private equity funds.

Martin regularly speaks and participates in many industry events and is a member of a number of Jersey Finance/Jersey Funds Association working groups which examine topical funds issues.

Martin is acknowledged by the Legal 500 2008/09 directory as "responsive, practical and solution driven." He is also recognised in the Chambers 2008/09 directory and "sources place him among the leaders: He has an excellent approach and gets high-profile instructions."
