Charles is a solicitor* who brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a consultant to the firm. He trained with Clifford Chance and was managing and senior partner of Blyth Dutton and following its merger, the partner responsible for Lawrence Graham's corporate finance group. He has over 35 years experience in the City primarily in the corporate finance sector.

Charles has particular experience with complex dealings in the Alternative Investment Market including the flotation of offshore funds, investment funds and corporate re-structuring. His key role is to develop investment fund and corporate finance opportunities for the Group.
