Nigel joined Bedell Trust Ireland as an Executive Director in 2007. Nigel has over 13 years experience in the financial service industry in areas including reinsurance, international banking and securitisation. He specialises in the setting up and management of SPVs and has considerable knowledge of the accounting, tax and company law implications underlying the structuring of SPVs.

His responsibilities include providing a fiduciary duty in the day to day control of each of the SPV's business undertakings acting as one of our in-house Directors who sits on the board of each of the SPV's under management by BTI. As a result of his expertise gained on working on a number of complex structured finance deals and assisted by his qualifications he is able to take a proactive role in ensuring that the SPV'S corporate obligations and statutory duties are fully complied with.

A sample of the Blue-Chip clients base which BTI provides services to and with whom Nigel has worked include Royal Bank of Scotland, DZ Bank and KBC to name a few.
