#IWD2022 #BreakTheBias | Cayman Islands
On International Women's Day 2022 we celebrate our people for helping 'break the bias' and champion diversity, equity and inclusion. Meet Jo, a Paralegal from our Cayman Islands office, to find out what 'breaking the bias' means to her and how she commits to forge positive change towards gender equality.
What does 'break the bias' mean to you and what do you hope this campaign will achieve?
International Women's Day means a lot to me. 'Break the bias' is taking steps to ensure women experience more of a level playing field compared to my experience growing up. Although this is an established campaign, I do hope it will continue to gain traction and raise awareness.
What will you personally do to help 'break the bias'?
I will continue to recognise and challenge discrimination against women.
