Our Channel Islands litigation practice is known for its involvement in significant and high-profile cases, offering advice and representation on a wide variety of matters, including trusts, cross border fraud and insolvency. As part of our on-going strategic plans we are expanding our Guernsey team and looking to recruit two new associates, ideally Guernsey qualified Advocates, with between 2 and 5 years PQE.
We require a Paralegal to join the Financial Services Law team in Guernsey on a permanent basis. Candidates must have a law degree or have completed the GDL/LPC/BPTC and be highly organised in order to provide an efficient support service to the partners and lawyers within the team.
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and practical business development support to our financial services law team across all our locations and to drive the achievement of their objectives, ensuring they capitalise on opportunities to increase market share, competitiveness and profitability.
This new role is based in our growing Commercial Property practice - ideally candidates will have a law degree and have completed the GDL/LPC/BPTC. This role could be offered as a fixed term contract.
