Amy has considerable experience in a wide range of banking, corporate finance and commercial transactions. Her banking experience includes acting for lenders and borrowers in relation to bilateral and syndicated facilities, property financing and acquisition financings in both single jurisdictional and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Her corporate finance experience includes high value and mid value public and private mergers and acquisitions, disposals, public market fundraisings, group reorganisations and private equity.
Amy joined the firm in 2012 having worked for both Hammonds and Eversheds in Manchester, and in-house for a large financial institution where she dealt with a variety of business contracts and issues.
