Carter Young


Carter joined the firm in January 2020 from a legal firm in London as an Associate in the Litigation team, where she had experience dealing with commercial litigation, including telecommunications, intellectual property, and insolvency disputes. Carter works with all members of the team, assisting in a wide range of commercial litigation matters.

Carter obtained an LLB degree at Durham University and subsequently completed two legal master degrees in European Intellectual Property Law and European Business Law with a focus on competition law at Stockholm University and Lund University respectively.
