His practice involves advising leading onshore law firms worldwide as well as Guernsey-based companies and financial services business on corporate, commercial, banking and regulatory matters.
Marc's legal background involves personal injury and commercial litigation, regulatory work and non-contentious corporate transactions, including M&A, capital markets, capital raising, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, transparency and accountability such as primary and secondary capital raisings and asset acquisitions. He has a keen interest in emerging technology and its potential financial, legal and regulatory application.
