Richard Harrington


Richard is an experienced litigator and he advises clients across the firm's wide spectrum of practice areas.

He regularly advises HNW and UHNW individuals, and their representatives on disputes arising from trusts, partnerships, and insolvency proceedings. He also has particular expertise in advising on matters involving allegations of fraud and has acted for clients in obtaining freezing orders and for clients subject to freezing orders.

Richard completed his legal training and practised in London prior to moving to Guernsey.
