Richard Sharp
Richard joined the firm in 2012 having worked for another leading Channel Islands firm for the previous five years.
Richard has considerable experience of offshore transactions and specialises in investment funds and listing matters. He previously worked for UK firm Cobbetts LLP where he advised on a wide range of private and public corporate transactions. Richard has also worked in-house for the corporate finance department of WH Ireland plc.
