Sukhvinder is a managing associate in our London office and provides specialist Guernsey legal advice. He undertakes a wide range of corporate and banking transactions and regularly works with UK law firms and financial institutions. Sukhvinder advises clients on complex transactions involving real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, financial and corporate restructuring and insolvency issues.
Sukhvinder joined the firm in 2010 having worked at City law firms, Taylor Wessing and Wragge Lawrence Graham. He speaks fluent Hindi and Punjabi and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.
