Will's client-base includes businesses operating within Jersey's finance industry, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and the family offices of ultra-high net worth individuals.

His employment-related expertise covers a broad spectrum of issues from business start-ups (including the regulatory framework surrounding business relocations and staff and business licensing), to restructures, performance and conduct matters, and discrimination. He advises on a variety of contractual arrangements within the employment sphere, to include: employment, secondment, staff-leasing, consultancy, and directorship documentation. He also advises on data protection issues.

In general private client work, Will advises on applications to court in contentious probate matters, commercial property and business transactions.
