Bedell Cristin has appointed Shuvra Deb as its new Senior Associate to its growing litigation team in Guernsey.
Shuvra gained eight years’ experience at the Chancery Bar at a pre-eminent set of chambers in London before she moved to the Caribbean where she practised at a leading law firm in the British Virgins Islands (BVI).
A qualified BVI Barrister, Shuvra has experience in a broad range of offshore litigation including commercial, corporate and trust disputes, with a particular interest in cross-border insolvency including all aspects of asset-tracing and recovery.
