Bedell Cristin has been named ‘Offshore Law Firm of the Year’ at the Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2014.

The Chambers Europe awards honour those firms that stand out for the excellence of their work with  winners chosen following research carried out by the Chambers team preparing the forthcoming Chambers Directory. It is based on responses and referrals from clients as well as the achievements of the nominated firms during the last 12 months. The award was presented at a ceremony on Thursday 24 April at the Grosvenor Hotel in London which was attended by many leading lawyers from the UK and across Continental Europe.

Chambers Europe described the firm as occupying a leading position in the Jersey market with extremely well regarded teams, having a ‘hugely impressive client roster’ and being well placed to advise on cross border transactions through its overseas office network.

It is the second significant offshore award for the firm from a leading directory publisher in just over six months. In October the firm was named ‘Offshore Law Firm of the Year’ in the inaugural Legal 500 UK Awards 2013.
