Ann Halliday


Ann has considerable banking experience and acts for banks, investment funds, multi-national companies, partnerships and trusts as well as local fiduciaries and licensees. She specialises in advising on banking, corporate finance and structured finance transactions as well as restructuring, merger and acquisition transactions.

Ann joined the firm in 2016 having worked for eight years as a banking lawyer with a leading offshore firm in Guernsey. Previously, she worked for UK firm Cobbetts LLP and in-house with a leading financial institution. Ann became an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1984 and spent a number of years in banking before qualifying as an English & Welsh solicitor in 1997.
