Overview

Dan joined Bedell Cristin’s London office in October 2022 as Counsel and advises on a wide range of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands investment fund, corporate and finance matters. He advises asset managers and investors alike on matters arising through the whole of life of open and closed-ended funds including structuring and formation, primary and secondary investments, regulatory matters, and winding up and de-registration.

Dan also regularly advises on venture capital and series equity financing, digital assets (including token issuance and SAFTs), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, trusts (including unit trusts), commercial contracts, and asset finance.

Dan completed the analyst programme with Goldman Sachs (Investment Bank Division Legal) before training and qualifying with Maclay Murray and Spens, and later worked with Nabarro LLP (now CMS).
