Overview

In June 2022, Gilbert joined the firm as an Associate in the Financial Services Law team. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate in the Corporate team for a leading law firm in South Africa. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate finance, securities regulation, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Gilbert obtained an LLB degree and an LLM (Corporate Law) degree from the University of South Africa.
