Kerrie Le Tissier
Kerrie re-joined the firm in 2020 to head up and develop its International Private Client practice in Guernsey. Kerrie has extensive experience of all aspects of private client structuring and succession planning, including the establishment and administration of trusts, foundations and corporate structures used to hold and manage private wealth, as well as related commercial and regulatory issues.
Kerrie also has significant experience in advising on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters, pensions, employee benefit schemes, investment funds and regulatory issues affecting offshore structures and service providers, including licensing requirements, the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and data protection, which complement her private client practice.
Kerrie's clients include local fiduciaries and family offices, high net worth individuals and private owner-managed businesses.
Kerrie has over 17 years' legal experience in Guernsey, having worked in two other leading offshore law firms as well as having previously worked at Bedell Cristin. Kerrie also recently gained experience overseas working in the private client advisory department of a top Australian law firm in Melbourne where she worked on a range of corporate and commercial matters for Australian private business owners, family offices, entrepreneurs and start-ups.
