Overview

Mellissa is an Associate in the Property team. Mellissa trained at another international law firm in the Cayman Islands and completed a secondment with Erskine Chambers in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the real estate team at Bedell Cristin, Mellissa was solely an Associate in our Litigation team. She is rapidly developing a broad real estate practice including: real estate finance, conveyancing, residential and commercial acquisitions and general real estate litigation. She regularly advises corporate, individual and institutional lenders on a broad range of real estate matters.
