Bedell Cristin expands banking and corporate teams to meet growth

Bedell Cristin has further strengthened its banking and corporate teams in Jersey through the appointment of two experienced local lawyers.

Chula O’Donoghue and Laura Hendrick, both experienced corporate and finance lawyers, have been recruited as associates to add to the strength and depth available from the firm’s banking and corporate practices.

Chula, an experienced corporate and finance lawyer, has joined the Jersey office. Chula has nine years’ experience in corporate finance and banking work in Jersey and has particular experience in real estate finance and debt listings on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange.

Laura, an experienced corporate and banking lawyer has joined the Jersey office with six years' experience in a wide range of general corporate, investment and finance transactions with particular experience in corporate real estate. Laura also has experience in debt listings on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange and of cashbox transactions.
