Our team has considerable experience of acting as sponsor and/or adviser to a significant number of TISE-listed debt securities and investment funds – particularly asset-backed securities, high yield bonds, convertible bonds, PIK notes and loan notes and fund securities.
Recent clients have included major UK corporates and private equity firms taking advantage of the quoted Eurobond exemption, and we have also acted on several UK REITs listings. Increasingly, private equity investors are listing debt securities as part of their investment structure.
