Adam Knight
Head of Funds and Private Equity – London
Adam Knight is an experienced onshore funds lawyer, with significant senior in-house experience across all major asset classes who leads Bedell Cristin's London investment funds and private equity practice.
Having practised in London, including with Paul Hastings and CMS, he has a wealth of onshore experience to complement his in-house expertise from having worked as Global Head of Fund Structuring & Legal for global asset manager Intermediate Capital Group.
Adam also spent time practising in Guernsey at the start of his career and is familiar with the full range of offshore investment fund structures.
He has been admitted since 2010, and has worked on numerous major fund raises across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit and secondaries and has worked with a wide range of investors across his career including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
