Tom Davies

Tom advises clients on a wide range of primarily real estate-related matters including structure establishments, sales and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and listings, and heads Bedell Cristin's London office.

He has nearly 25 years' experience in private practice, and is recognised by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for his client care and transactional skills. He is ranked as a "Leading Partner" for offshore law advice in London.

Tom has significant experience with private funds and joint ventures, and advises clients on (i) the establishment of Jersey structures for holding and acquiring real estate and other asset classes, (ii) borrower side financing mandates, (iii) the sale and purchase of Jersey asset holding structures, and (iv) corporate transactional and advisory work.

He works very closely with prominent City law firms and offshore corporate administration providers delivering regular training seminars on Jersey real estate structures and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

Tom is a former chairman of the IPF Next Generation Committee and is recognised for his strong networking capabilities, not just for the firm but for the wider industry.

Tom trained with another leading offshore law firm and joined Bedell Cristin in 2013.
