Bedell Cristin acted as Jersey counsel for Aviva Investors and PSP Investments (PSP), one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, on the sale to PSP of a 50% stake in a central London portfolio. The deal is designed to unlock a wealth of development opportunities in the portfolio, which comprises a mix of both stabilised income-generating assets and development opportunities in both the City and West End of London. Aviva Investors will act as asset and development manager.
