Bedell Cristin advises The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited on its financing of Fort Anne, Isle of Man and Liberation House and Windward House, Jersey

Leading offshore law firm Bedell Cristin has again acted as Guernsey and Jersey legal advisers to The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in connection with the loan facilities made available to Channel Islands Property Fund Limited. 

The team provided Guernsey and Jersey law banking and property advice in connection with the acquisition by the fund of the landmark properties known as Liberation House and Windward House in Jersey and Fort Anne in the Isle of Man.

The Bedell Cristin team was led by banking partner Kate Ovenden, who was assisted by Guernsey associates Ann Halliday, Sukh Chana and Kellie Oliveira and Jersey associates Antony Clerehugh, Lauren Taylor and Jane Needham.
