Advised what was largely reported as the largest hedge fund start-up of 2015 (Bloomberg), in connection with the establishment and regulatory licensing of the Jersey general partner and Jersey manager of the Fund, a Cayman Islands hedge fund which invests with the objective of generating consistent long-term appreciation through active leveraged trading and investment on a global basis, using a combination of macro and relative value strategies. The Fund is active in fixed income, foreign exchange and equity indices across a range of developed and emerging markets. The Fund has raised US$3.5 billion since its launch.
