Experienced Banking & Finance lawyer Shruta Nayak has joined Bedell Cristin's team in Guernsey as a senior associate.
Shruta – who trained with a Magic Circle firm, and who has practised in London, Jersey, Dubai and India - joins the Financial Services Law team led by partner John Scanlan.
Shruta first qualified as an English Solicitor more than ten years ago and has experience of onshore and offshore roles, focusing on general secured lending, real estate finance and project finance work.
She began her career with Freshfields and has spent most of her career working with leading law firms in London, and also has experience of practising in Jersey, Dubai and India, and as independent legal counsel.
