On 9 October 2013, the Trusts (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 201-, the terms of which were summarised in our e-alert dated 17 July 2013 (please click here to review), was approved by the Privy Council. It is anticipated that the amendment should be brought into force later this year, following registration in the Royal Court.
