Amber joined Bedell Cristin in May 2022, coming from the Corporate and Secretarial Team of the Maples Group, where she provided a variety of services to a wide range of Investment Funds (Mutual/Hedge Funds, Private Funds), Holding Companies and SPV's. During her time with Maples, Amber acted as a main point of contact for Investment Managers, Directors, and Service Providers. Amber provided various administrative tasks, such as coordinating Board meetings (financial approval, quarterly/bi-annual/annual/ad-hoc, etc.), requesting and collating meeting materials to form the Board pack of the meeting. Amber also attended and prepared the minutes of the Board meeting, whilst maintaining several extensive portfolios. To maintain good governance of the fund, Amber assisted with the filing of minutes, written resolutions, and any other post-meeting documents necessary with the entity's respective Registered Office.

Additionally, Amber was on the Director Registration/De-Registration Committee where she assisted with the annual registration/de-registration of registered and professional Directors with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.

At Bedell, Amber is a Paralegal assisting in all areas of the Firm, with a focus on the International Private Client (IPC) Department. Amber provides support to Andrew Miller, Fraser Allister, Daniel Altneu and Sophie McKenzie with an array of administrative tasks, onboarding of clients, filing of court documents, legal drafting and billing. Amber assists with Private Client Services for high-net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals/families with matters pertaining to wills, trusts, probate, and administration of estates, immigration, and residency.
