Claire Scott is an associate in Bedell Cristin's Jersey International Private Client practice group, advising an international client base on the full range of Jersey trusts, foundations, partnerships and companies for wealth structuring purposes.
She qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2019 and has been recognised by Legal 500 for the quality of her work.
Claire is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and the Association of Tax Technicians.
She has experience of onshore private wealth practice in one of Scotland's largest law firms, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including trusts, tax and estate planning and family investment structures.
Claire has worked in Jersey since 2024 both as a lawyer in private practice and on secondment to a trust company, advising families, trustees and other service providers on the use of Jersey structures for succession planning and asset protection.
