Isabelle Russell

Isabelle advises on all aspects of trust law including the establishment and administration of private client structures for ultra-high-net-worth families, related corporate matters, employee incentive arrangements, wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.

She is an associate in the International Private Client team based in the Cayman Islands, working as part of the Jersey law team, but also advising on BVI and Cayman Islands law matters.

Isabelle has almost ten years' experience in private client work in Jersey, the Cayman Islands and New Zealand.

Prior to making the move offshore, she practised in contentious and non-contentious private client, family and relationship property in New Zealand, including representing clients in the Family Court and High Court.
