Louise is a managing associate specialising in real estate finance matters, with more than a decade's experience of advising on complex and high value matters under Jersey and BVI law.
She is recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Associate for the quality of her work, advising mainly on the lender side of bilateral and syndicated facilities, real estate financings, and restructurings.
Louise also advises on the offshore elements of fund finance and corporate matters, typically working with onshore counsel in London.
Before qualifying as an English Solicitor and joining Bedell Cristin in 2012, she worked at a global institutional bank.
